Mitel MiAccess Terms of Use

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ACCESS TO AND USE OF ALL MITEL TOOLS ("MITEL TOOLS") THROUGH THE MITEL EXTRANET (THE "Mitel MiAccess") IS SUBJECT EXCLUSIVELY TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW AND THOSE LOCATED AT HERE (COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE "TERMS AND CONDITIONS"). YOU WILL NOT USE THE MITEL TOOLS FOR ANY PURPOSE THAT IS UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. BY USING THE MITEL TOOLS YOU ARE FULLY ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ANY DISCLAIMERS CONTAINED THEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY STOP USING THE MITEL TOOLS.

You acknowledge that Mitel has developed and tested Mitel MiAccess and the Mitel Tools to its best knowledge and care. The use of the Mitel Tools does not relieve you of your obligations to carry out project evaluations in a diligent and thorough manner. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available and described in the Mitel Tools meet your specific requirements.

Mitel makes no warranty that the functionality of Mitel MiAccess or the Mitel Tools will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that Mitel MiAccess, the Mitel Tools or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.

Mitel has provided you with login information to enable you to access restricted URLs on Mitel MiAccess, be advised that such login information, as well as any content and materials located at or linked from that URL, is confidential and proprietary to Mitel, and you are not authorized to share any information you view, download, or otherwise use at that URL except as otherwise provided pursuant to any written agreement between you and Mitel. If you are using the services on behalf of your employer, you represent that you are authorized to accept the Terms of Use on your employer's behalf.
